Kylian Mbappe ‘agrees new contract’ at PSG
Kylian Mbappe has reportedly agreed a new deal at PSG. The Frenchman has been offered a 2-year contract with an option year and massive wages.
As per reports by Le Parisien, Mbappe is now set to stay at PSG for another 2 seasons at least. The Frenchman is set to pen a new contract despite interest from Real Madrid.
The same report adds that the new contract will fetch the forward around โฌ50 million a season in wages. Moreover, he will also be getting โฌ100 million as a signing-on bonus.
Real Madrid were looking to sign the forward this summer after his contract at PSG expires. The Frenchman had initially refused to pen a new deal, but seems to have changed his mind now.
Madrid were his priority, and he confirmed that there were plans for him to move last summer. Los Blancos also made two massive bids for the striker, but PSG refused to sell him at all costs.
The Ligue1 side are desperate to win the Champions League and want to keep the prized asset as long as possible.
