Tottenham eye surprise move for former Chelsea star – Reports
Tottenham are reportedly eyeing a surprise move for former Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi. The winger left Stamford Bridge for Nottingham Forest last summer.
Tottenham are keen on adding reinforcements to their attack and have begun the hunt. Callum Hudson-Odoi is the latest name on the list, as per Paul O Keefe.
The Tottenham insider has reported that Spurs are considering a move for the Nottingham Forest star, who joined them last summer for £5 million. The 23-year-old did well with the relegation battlers in the 2023/24 season and scored 8 times in 29 Premier League matches.
Ange Postecoglou’s side finished 5th in the league and are now set to play in the Europa League. They have an option to sign Timo Werner, another former Chelsea star, permanently this summer after his loan spell from RB Leipzig.
Spurs are also interested in getting Conor Gallagher from Chelsea, but the midfielder is not looking for a move away. The North London side made a late move last summer, but the approach was rebuffed by the player.
They face competition from Newcastle United for the 24-year-old Englishman, with Eddie Howe also said to be a big fan. Gallagher has one more season left on his current contract and Chelsea have not begun talks over a new deal.
