Manchester United have bid rejected for Premier League striker

Man Utd rumours: Manchester United have had a stunning bid rejected for Joshua King as per Sky Sports. They report that Bournemouth have decided not to sell the former United academy player.

King scored the lone goal in Bournemouth’s 1-0 over United earlier this season. The Norway striker has just scored 3 goals and assisted twice in his 16 appearances this season.

Ole Gunnar Solskjær is looking for a backup striker with Marcus Rashford out injured right now. Adding to the manager’s woes, Anthony Martial has not been doing well and he has scored just one goal in the Premier League this month.

Manchester United have been linked with Edinson Cavani, Willian Jose and other strikers as well but nothing has materialized. They have completed the signing of Bruno Fernandes this week but are still looking to add more firepower in the attack.
