Manchester United star involved in car crash
Man Utd news: Sergio Romero was involved in a car crash on Monday morning according to Simon Stone. He reports that the incident did not hurt the Argentine and he was spotted training normally.
Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s side are already suffering with a lot of injury troubles and another addition would have made things worse. Marcus Rashford has been ruled out for a few weeks while Paul Pogba, Scott McTominay and Axel Tuanzebe are already out.
Rashford is suffering from a stress fracture and is expected to be out for 3 months at least. He was carrying the injury this season but it got worse after he was brought on in the Wolverhampton game.
Paul Pogba is expected to be out for the same amount of time. He has had surgery on his foot and adding to that, he is still looking to leave the club in the summer.
Solskjær’s side are short on numbers now but still, the manager is not looking to splash the cash. Bruno Fernandes was a top target and the board wanted him signed for the Liverpool game. However, things have fallen through now as the two clubs are yet to reach an agreement on the fee.
