Kai Havertz in talks with 8 clubs across Europe
Transfer rumours: Kai Havertz has become one of the hottest property in world football thanks to his stunning displays for Bayer Leverkusen. The 20-year-old has represented Germany at the national level as well.
Now, Bild is reporting that Havertz could leave Leverkusen at the end of the season, as he is currently in negotiations with seven clubs.
Bayern Munich along with four Premier League teams, Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool, are interested in him. While La Liga giants FC Barcelona and Real Madrid have also reportedly expressed interest in him.
Due to such high-interest Leverkusen have kept a price tag of €130 million on their priced asset.
He discussed his future with Spanish newspaper Marca, where he stated that he is confident that he is ready to move abroad and he will decide his future at the end of the season.
Havertz also wants a place in Joachim Low’s squad for the 2020 Euros and Leverkusen is the best place for him to do so. While he is keen to work with a coach whom he can trust and he said to be a fan of Mauricio Pochettino, who is currently unemployed.
