Chelsea reduce asking price for forward amid exit talks
Chelsea have reportedly reduced their asking price for Hakim Ziyech. The forward is a target for Ajax, who are on the verge of selling Antony to Manchester United.
As per Mike Verweij, Chelsea are now asking for €25-30 million for Ziyech. The Blues are unwilling to sell for cheap, even though the player has not started a game this season.
Reports last week suggested that Chelsea were looking for €44 million to sell Ziyech. The Moroccan also headed to the Netherlands after the defeat to Leeds United to discuss a possible return.
Ajax are still undecided on the move and are looking to loan the forward this season. The price is still deemed too expensive by the Dutch side, despite getting €100 million for Antony from Manchester United.
Chelsea signed Ziyech from Ajax in 2019 for €44 million. The forward has made 84 appearances for the club, scoring 14 goals and assist 10 times.
