Roman Abramovich turns down another massive offer to sell Chelsea
Chelsea rumours: Roman Abramovich has turned down another offer to sell Chelsea according to Wall Steet Journal. They report that LA Dodgers owner, Todd Boehly made an offer but it did not meet the Blues’ owners valuation of the club.
The Telegraph report that Roman is no longer interested in selling the club at the market value. The Russian reportedly took the club off the market last month.
They also add that the owner is willing to free up funds for Frank Lampard to sign players in the next two transfer windows. They report that the manager will be given a budget for £150 million for the two windows combined.

Boehly’s offer is the 4th offer that has been declined by Roman Abramovich. Last year, a Middle-East based consortium eyed a £2.5 million takeover but failed to get the deal done.
Telegraph report that Silver Lakes and Sir Jim Ratcliffe were also interested in the Premier League side but failed to agree a deal with the Chelsea owner.
