Chelsea urged to sign Manchester United duo by Willam Gallas

William Gallas has urged Chelsea to try and sign two Manchester United stars in the summer.

The former Chelsea defender was talking to Gambling Zone when he stated that Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford would improve the Blues squad. He believes that the Portuguese star would bring in leadership, which the current group lack.

Gallas wants Fernandes to take the #10 role at Stamford Bridge, which would end up benching one of Enzo Fernandes and Conor Gallagher. He said:

“Both Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes could be good options for Chelsea. Both are quality players. Bruno could definitely be the kind of midfielder who has the quality to play in the number ten role where Chelsea lack strength. Chelsea are a team of young players and Bruno Fernandes has the leadership qualities to get through certain periods. He’d be a good signing if the rumours are true.”

Rashford and Fernandes are key figures at Manchester United, but recent reports claim everyone at the club is up for sale, for the right amount. Gallas wants his former side to take advantage of it and sign the duo from Old Trafford. 

Chelsea will need to sign leaders this summer with Thiago Silva set to leave at the end of the season.
