Chelsea star’s agent hints at possible exit

Jorginho’s agent has once again claimed his client wants to leave Chelsea. Joao Santos has revealed the Italian’s future will be decided after the EUROs this summer.

Chelsea take on Manchester City in the Champions League final tonight, but Jorginho‘s agent has cast doubt on the midfielder’s future. The agent has constantly linked the Italian with a move back to Napoli, and yesterday was no different.

While talking to Radio Kiss Kiss (once again!), Jorginho’s agent welcomed a move back to Napoli. However, he claimed that it depended on the club chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis more than anyone else. He said:

“He will think about the European Championship and, at the end of the competition, we will see. He would like to return to Italy, but to see him again at Napoli, it [transfer] depends on Aurelio De Laurentiis.”

Jorginho has 2 years left on his Chelsea contract, and The Blues are looking to extend his deal. Thomas Tuchel has used the Italian often in his starting XI, and the manager is keen on keeping him at the club.

Jorginho has also insisted he is happy at Chelsea and wants to stay longer. However, the midfielder turns 30 in December this year and the Premier League side are very likely to hand him just a year ore on his current deal.
