Chelsea favourites to sign Aldershot starlet
Chelsea are in pole position to sign 17-year-old Aldershot midfielder Reece Wylie, according to TeamTalk.
Wylie’s stunning displays for Aldershot’s youth side have earned him a call-up to the England U17 team.
He has also caught the eye of several top Premier League and Championship clubs, with Chelsea set to make a move to sign the talented youngster.
The Blues have a history of developing promising youth products into world-class players and under Frank Lampard, Wylie will have plenty of opportunities to shine.
The likes of Reece James, Mason Mount and Billy Gilmour have all progressed well under Lampard and Wylie will be in safe hands if he does make the move to Stamford Bridge.
Aside from Wylie, the Blues are also reportedly interested in signing 20-year-old Gent striker Jonathan David and 18-year-old Bochum defender Armel Bella-Kotchap in the summer.
