Manchester United name Juventus star they want in Romelu Lukaku swap deal
Manchester United have asked Juventus for Douglas Costa instead of Paulo Dybala in a swap deal for Romelu Lukaku. It was reported that Juve could offer United Dybala in order to sign Lukaku.
But now it seems that the Red Devils want to sign Douglas Costa if the Serie A champions want to sign Lukaku. Earlier the Premier League club had asked their Juve counterparts to involve either Costa or Dybala in the deal, but now it seems they want the Brazilian over the Argentine.
It was also reported that Dybala is not looking to leave Allianz Stadium anytime soon and is ready to fight for his place under new manager Maurizio Sarri.
The Red Devils have now grown impatient with Dybala and now want to focus solely on his Juve teammate Douglas Costa.
It is believed that the Bianconeri are not surprised by United’s revival of interest in the Brazilian and now they are working hard to bring Lukaku to Turin this summer.
Rumour Checker: 6/10
While Douglas Costa might sold United’s winger issues, picking him over Dybala would be a choice the fans might not like. Moreover, United will need a good player who can play on the right-wing, as a CAM and a striker and Dybala fits the bill properly.
